Original 4 crowns were placed over 10 years ago. The crowns were removed, any decay removed, and new porcelain crowns were placed. The patient was very specific about the final appearance of the new crowns. The patient is in her 60's and wanted them to look "age appropriate". Thus, great detail was relayed to the laboratory regarding the incorporation of small misalignments, proper colouring, placement of small surface irregularities etc. The right and left canines were also included in this cosmetic rehabilitation to create a properly symmetrical final smile.
