Root Canal Re-Treatment Gallery
Most initial root canal treatments are successful in eliminating infection and tooth pain. However, in some rare cases, a second root canal treatment (re-treatment) is necessary. The originally placed root canal filling material is removed, the canal is re-cleansed and then refilled. If any previously unidentified canals are discovered then they too are cleansed and filled.
